The templates for collecting and importing data in WeSIS allow for optional column names. These can be freely assigned to fit a project's needs. However, this page includes a list with suggested column names that other projects already assigned. If these names fit your column(s) as well please apply the same name. If they do not fit, create a new entry in the list so that other projects can adopt your suggestion. The more harmonized column names there will be, the easier it will be to match and exploit this additional information in WeSIS later on.
