This variable considers how much the state contributes to the financing of the old-age pension system as a percentage share of the entire contributions. As many pension laws do not document social contribution rates as a percentage share of payroll earnings but only as a percentage share of the entire contributions, this variable is a complement to the variables: old_pension_fin_state1, old_pension_fin_employer1, old_pension_fin_employee1. Please also consult the following variables: old_pension_fin_employer3, old_pension_fin_employee3.
