This data represents whether a country was existent in a specific year in the Trade Network COW (undirected).
Coding rules
Since some countries have no trade value in the aforementioned network (see also related indicators), we advise to include this binary variable into estimations that cover the whole time-period. It was created after the Trade Network COW (undirected) was made. A value of 1 depicts that there are data for a country in a specific year. A value of 0 means there are no data.
