Coding rules
This variable standardizes the fam_par_leave_dur_ben_own variable into weeks. In most cases, calendar days were converted to weeks, unless national legislation or other existing databases specified that the days were working days. We cross-validated the conversion using data from Women, Business and the Law by the World Bank.
