Coding rules
The program type of the first unemployment law.
- Employees - Generally all employed persons in the private sector. Should include all industrial employees of working age in firms with at least 5 employees, but may cover more.
- Native employees - Only native born persons of that country that meet the definition of employees
- Citizen employees - Only citizens of the country that meet the definition of employees
- Resident employees - Only residents of the country, sometimes this is restricted to certain citizens (applies toEU countries)
- State employees - Only covers industrial workers, working in state-owned/run enterprises
