This is a form to generate an indicator page in two steps.

Enter the name of the indicator below (without underscores). This will create a homonymous page.
Afterwards you will see the form that resembles each heading and section of an indicator page (cf. the indicator example).

If a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
